Error in Billing & Still have to pay arrear fees

Emailed Lumic on the 1st/2nd Nov to communicate that I had not received levy statements for my property in Alinta. Was told that there was an error in the generation of statements and that the physical statements were incorrect and once rectified, they would be emailed to me. After many more phone calls and emails, I still had received nothing by the 8th Nov 2013. On the 11th Nov 2013, I eventually received the Levy Statements, and then on the 12th Nov 2013 I received arrear letters to stipulate because I had not paid, I would have to pay arrear fees.

I phoned the Lumic offices and was giving so much attitude. Was told that because it was late I would have to pay arrear fees and they did not care about the explanation or reasoning for it, even after I explained to them that they can't do this to the customer as it was their fault, I jsut got a "we Don't Care reply".

Gone on the days of proper customer service and actual good service. A nice way to make some Christmas Bonus Money I suppose, I dare someone from Lumic with half a brain to phone me and resolve this.
