Team1@lumic - why is it that you do not like to respond to queries and complaints? I have sent you numerous emails starting on 06 december last year regarding my electricity bill and still have not received an acceptable response. Ignoring a problem does not make it go away. I have to admit that your company provides the worst levels of service from property companies that I have since dealt with. For anyone else reading this post, If you are considering using Lumic as your managing agent, I suggest you reconsider as it would be the WORST mistake you make.
