I have sent an email to Lumic and haven't gotten a response as yet. Lumic are denying residence reasonable access to their own property as we get stopped everyone to check we are residence as we cannot get tag because of the below.

Dear Lumic,

I tried to have my tags replaced this morning as did many others, we waited for an hour (7-8am). I then asked the guard house to call Jason to see when he is coming in only to find that he is on leave.

Jason taking leave is not the problem but the way Lumic handled it is.

No communicating that no resource would be available at the Kanyin.
Not having a resource able in Jason's absence, in the middle of a tag replacement project.
Not even the security company knew he was on leave, how are they suppose to escalate any issues.

How are Lumic going to resolve this issue, are you going to send out someone to handle the project until Jason returns?
