I had a loan at Bayport which was PAID up in March this year.
More than a week ago I received constant calls from them stating that my account is in arrears.
After talking to a number of consultants and managers i learnt that Money was refunded to me on the 23 October to account that's closed, I can't even confirm that that FNB account is mine because I no longer have an FNB account I have a Standard Bank account.
To this day they still telling me I owe them the money they refunded me.
No one can give me proper feedback!!
This is totally unacceptable.
