Bad service, Agent not contactable and not upfront

Dear Redlex Property Management/Joy
Your Agent: Marius, put an advertisement up about a property in Alice Springs and when we tried to contact him, over the course of these past two weeks, all he could tell my partner and I was "I am trying to get hold of the woman stay there and I will get hold of you as to when you can come and view the place". Now, on Sunday, yesterday, I tried contacting him 7 times and he just never answered his phone, eventually his wife answered and said he was not available, I then persisted on talking to him as it was the same issue for the past two weeks and never did Marius even think of contacting us back. Anyway, the wife then put him on the line and all he said was, "well, I cant get hold of the woman so I don't think she's moving out so just forget about moving there" WTH??!! THIS IS TWO WEEKS TILL MONTH END & NOW WE HAVE TO START LOOKING ALL OVER AGAIN. We had been sent the AANSOEKVORMS from Joy and were settled on this place as assured.
Please train your agents to treat clients better, Marius has got no respect for clients or courtesy to even give a simple call back or be upfront about what's happening..

I will never trust your business.
