Deposit issue

I rented a unit at Midriver from Jan 2012 to jan 2013.In November 2013 I sent an email to Liezel advising her that I would be moving out at the end of Jan . beginning of Jan I received calls to renew my lease and I advised them I was moving out. I then received calls from Jimmy and Pieter and they told me I will not get my deposit as I did not put in notice. I forwarded the email which had been sent to Liezel. End if January I moved out snd the inspection was done. Since then I have not received any communication and most of all my deposit. I have once again sent an email to Pieter who fowarded the info to his colleague. Its almodt 2months and I have not received my deposit. H as d I moved in without a deposit I would have been thrown out. The service in this company is pathetic and they don't care about their customers. I will never rent from c s I and I will not advice anyone to rent with them. All I want is my deposit
