Electricity switch off for nothing
I had my tenant ELECTRICITY turned off and it was not her fault as the account was actually in advanced in funds..and when took time of my busy schedule to rectify the problem..it was jpm mistake and the least that cud have been done is phone her and apologize for the inconviniece as she has 3kids that's spend the day without electricity for no reason, i guess since it was you in the situation you feel no sympathy..so me off such things...a mere apology wont kill u...its humans you dealing with here ..my tenant is suzette at 15 kleynbosch I expect your apology to her as soon as possible 076 668 9277 ... all this happened 2 to 3 weeks ago and I personally as the owner asked you to phone her but u just did not
