Era is my letting agent for a property. The tenant left end December. During December I sent the statement for electricity usage to Era reminding them that there will still electricity costs be payable and that the deposit should not be returned until cleared. I did not get any response to my emails in January and February and the electricity was not paid. The amount due still R904.53. I sent an email to the principal, Wilna Breedyk, followed up, but has as yet not received any response.
