Tenant signed contract which clearly stated R3700.00 including Electricity. As Tenant was new at renting and moved from her parent's home, she was taken advantage of and paid R3700.00 per month rent and was asked to pay an additional R200.00 for electricity over and above.
When confronted with this matter, the phone was repeatedly slammed down in our ear and no conclusion was made. We have proof of this on black and white.
I have asked to meet face to face on numerous occasions, however was not even given the time of day. The service and attitude was left wanting.
