So we bought a house 3 months ago through Rawson. It was stressful and everything seemed to be going wrong and right at the same time.
We got a plumbing certificate from the agent and thought all was good. Now recently we decided to change the taps just to find out that the stopcock was leaking water and this is inside our property so should have been checked by bugs electrical who we got the certificate from that Rawson appointed. We first contacted the municipality and they said if the stopcock is inside our property it is our responsibility to have it fixed. The drain inside our property is also blocked with diesel, oil and sand and this is also our responsibility to have fixed. This is going to cost us a small fortune and I don't even want to know what type of water bill we going to receive. There is also a live wire which we don't know where it comes from. Bugs electrical also wants to charge us if they come out to fix these problems although they did all the work.
This is honestly unbelievable and I really thought Rawson would be on the ball with this stuff but now it seems it has become our problem. So now we need to get someone out asap to correct this problem.
