I purchased a property from Rawsom Properties which - disappointingly -contracted Eletro Bugs to issue the electrical and beetle certificates. Electro Bugs issued the electrical certificate, even when there were faulty plugs and damaged (burned) electrical wire. All the plugs in the house were replaced with plugs without on-off switches? Is this even legal? The overall workmanship is clearly mediocre. There are so many plugs that were slanted, I wonder if they know they can use a level? The screws they used were all different types, with even some rusted ones. With Electro Bugs' dismissive and arrogant attitude, Rawson Properties must be cautious to associate with companies like this; there are many other companies that will do much better work, and can be trusted. If Rawson Properties continues to use them, I will never sell-or-buy a property through them.
