I'll go straight to the point.
JUNE 2013 - Rented family house in Edgemead- Geyser starts leaking, called Rawson. Plumber comes in 3 times over 2 weeks (bothering myself and my family). Then handyman comes in to close up the pipes (again, 3 times over 2 weeks). Both plumber and handyman tell me they work that way because they are being paid that way (little by little, by Rawson)
Plumber leaves us a legacy: A huge vibrating noise that echoes through the whole house every time we use the flush. Plumber or Rawson never gives feedback to my complains about this. Problem remains
JUNE 2013 - I get home and see a letter from municipality saying that they will cut my water because municipal account is overdue (over R3000) I NEVER, EVER failed to pay on time. Stress, arguments, they finally paid!
AUGUST 2013: Rawson bills me two municipality accounts in one month. Rawson says that municipality changed how they do their readings. I told Rawson I can't pay both at once, they ignore me and keep on pushing against logic reason.
Never expected bad service from Rawson, I am ready to go the legal route to ensure my rights.
