I bought a house from Mr van Kohler in Delmas. The seller bought it at auction (Delmas magistrate courts). The previous owner refuses to move out of the house, the house is now registered on my name at the deeds office (Mpumalanga) and also at Delmas Municipality. The attorney off the seller wants me to pay him R5 000 to evict them, of which it is not my responsibility. I need your assistance to have the house or get all my money back which I paid (deposit of the house, the attorney's fees, the attorneys that registered at the deeds office and the bond premium paid till end of October).
