DISGUSTING SERVICE, CARELESS ATTITUDE

I have never received such disgusting service from anyone ever. From even before I moved into the property, this company gave me the run around. I had to chase Karin just to sign the lease. Then I was promise that the property would be fixed up BEFORE i moved in. They had up to 6 months to fix it as it was standing empty and a month before I moved in but NOTHING was done. Then I had to BEG them to clean the carpets and sort out the garden among other things. It took 3 months for this to happen. It took them 8 months to fix a leaking. We showed for the whole year without shower doors and our outside awning had big holes in it so our "covered braai area" wasnt sheltered when it rained. Then when it came to moving out, I waited over 2 hours for Karin to rock up for the inspection even tho Cindy insisted on a time and i took a day of leave to do it. I am now fighting to get back my deposit. It has been over 2 weeks and still no joy. They never respond to emails and never phone u back. All they care about is getting their money. we were getting letters of demand after the first 2 months even tho our rent was up to date, and being charge R250 to send an email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
