In short 1 collegue bought 3 daddy deal vouchers, 1 for her and friend and i paid her for buying mine.booked appointment went for appointment, no one there but notice on door closed.found out they sent cancellation to wrong collegue instead of me.made another appointment went for appointment again no one there. queried this got BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICE, ACTUALLY NO SERVICE, NO ANSWERS TO SMS'S NO ANSWERS ON MY EMAILS NOTHING. recevied money back via daddy deals however lost out on makeup course valued at R1100 a voucher for discounted facial and voucher for discounted makeup. still waiting for feedback from them not happy with they way i was treated.o the one sms i got said will refund me and give pamper package when i asked how, no response and nothing since.the woman apparantly changed appointment on my request but email was sent that thursday and the friday when i had no confirmation to my appointment i called the office when the office said i was not in the book i panicked and called Kolleen cell her husband answered listened to me & called me back to confirm appointment has not changed and still on.
NOT A CALL NOTHING TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT.
