Bad service and attitude

We set up a viewing for a flat Rawson were the letting agents for. We confirmed the appointment the morning before our viewing. Forty-five minutes before our viewing time our agent phoned to confirm our viewing time. We arrived on time at our intended meeting point to find out that we should actually meet at the Rawson's Offices a few hundred meters down the road. No problem, we walked there and again to our surprise our agent was half an hour late. After waiting at the Rawson Berea Offices for 30mins he then arrived. He then pointed out the area where the flat was (luckily it was within walking distance). He then asked if we wanted to view the flat. Why would we set up an appointment up if we didn't want to view it? So we asked to view it (again!) and he then went to fetch keys. After another 10 mins we enquired what the wait was for only to find out he didn't have keys and we must come back. This is simply unacceptable. Not only did he mislead us to where the flat was, he was late and had not even set up a viewing time correctly. He completely wasted my time. Furthermore, he asked us to view it during office hours which I had to arrange for.
