Lack of sense of urgency

I reported an unhinged cupboard on the 10.09.2013 and no one gave me feedback, re-sent them an email on the 13.09.2013 regarding the same thing and they replied saying they are waiting for the owner, then I followed up on 25.09.2013 because the door fell on my foot and it is now a health hazard to me, still to no avail.

They don't even have the decency to advise what is it they are doing on their side to get this fixed.

I can't be paying R3 300 every month for rent without fail for broken things, the administration was better under Just letting, can somebody do something already!

Can't take this useless service anymore, if they can't get their job done like an agent, I'll do it for them if I have to and I'd want compensation for that!!!
