We reported two things the geyser switch that was tripping and a broken bath tub tap it took them two weeks to come and do the assessments and another week after that to replace the switch and up until today the tap its not fix every time we call them we getting the same story they've given the owner the quote of how much it will cost for the repair and he hasn't responded and in the four months we not use the tub because of the tap we paying them R5600.00 rental every month without fail and yet both the agent and owner are failing to keep their side of the bargain. We currently on a month to month lease since are awaiting for our house and this delay will mean that when the time comes for them to pay back our deposit they are going to give us problems. This is the fifth month and we want to know from the agent and the owner if is this how they should be conducting their business? and are they truly expecting us to recommend them to new tenants that will be viewing the place for renting and the ones that are currently viewing the place for buy since its in the market.
