Unprofessionalism and Poor customer service

Munsief Jassiem of Chas Everitt sold a property in Silwood Estate, Eersterivier to us. When we viewed the property in March 2013 it was occupied by a tenant that was leasing from the Seller. Throughout the entire process the Mr Jassiem liaised with the Seller and assured us that the tenant will not be a problem and will vacate the premises before registration. 4months later July 2013 the house was registered and the tenant is still in the house. Numerous back-and-forth communication to Mr Jassiem who solely liaised with the Seller due to a "good" relationship with him did not deliver any results. 2months later we still have not taken occupation and Mr Jassiem completely distanced himself from this matter. As first time house buyers this has been an extremely unpleasant experience. No guidance or expertise advise was provided by Mr Jassiem. In the last email received from him on 07 August 2013 07:46 AM, it is evident that there is a lack of professionalism and by the "attitude" expressed in his reply to us as his client, loyalty and proper customer service is the least that we got. I doubt that he acted in the best interest of all parties concerned. We have since seeked legal advice
