I agreed to use Marihanti estates as the rental agent for my property in Witbank starting from June 2013, the rental agreement was for the rent to be paid on the 7th of every month and they have breached this every single month sometime I receive the rent on the 21st of the month. The agent/manager does not communicate and ignores my calls, I have to call them every single month if I want the rent to be paid. This months rent is not paid yet and its already the 13th. The service rendered is not up to scratch.
