Our electricity bill randomly doubled from last month to this, with no explanation. The person in charge of sending monthly invoices still (after months) has not changed my email address on their system, and as a result I still have not received my invoice for October - yet it is due tonight. The staff are inadequate at communicating and seldom reply to emails or answer their phones. They make it very difficult to resolve any issues, and it is extremely insulting and frustrating. When they do reply (very seldom) their manner is unpleasantly condescending.
