Electricity Cut off when no invoices sent

After failed attempts to try receive an invoice for our monthly electrical bill from the so called Triple M metering services.By the way, there is a reason for them to have the services as the last word on the name of the company because they do not value the word at all. We are so disgusted and feel humiliated at this level of treatment by our Agent because had we received the invoice we obviously would have settled the amount in time. Apart from the unanswered calls on Telephone number 0126530600 and ever on busy tone stand by mobile number 083 2628280, we have a so called Lynnette Koen who just ignored all the emails with the requests for our invoices. Furthermore, it came as a surprise to us that they knew to hand deliver the notice to cut off the electricity and could not do the same for our invoice. Eventually I decide to pay a random amount based on the average that we have been charged so far in the past few months, which happened to be R80 more than the actual bill. We need answers, has the company closed down or what because we have not been able to get through to anyone to resolve this issue???
