After numerous complaints about noisy neighbors there has nothing been done about this grave problem. This has lead to calls to Africa Security Solutions as well as SAPS but still the noise persists. Do we as the residents in Westminister Close not have the right to a peaceful lifestyle where we may have sleep and recuperation in our homes? Surely after all the emails and phone calls reporting this matter, Sabreal as the property management company would be able to take action on this matter? It seems as though I have reached a dead end and maybe a public outcry will induce a resolve.
