I 'phone in to give my Water reading monthly. I've been trying for 11 days this month. Tonight I get through, the "Agent" picks up the 'phone and puts it on the table (or whatever) so I can hear them listening to eTV news. 20 Minutes.! The the "Agent starts talking, quite polite.
I also am not receiving my monthly Invoice. Asked her why? She says it's because my email address is a gmail one. They've stopped sending Invoices to people who have a gmail email-address.!!
Ever heard of such a ridiculous "decision"???
Well, I happen to have a different email address, so IF I receive the Invoice, I'll be able to pay it, and they'll just have to grin and bear it.
