It is with a sad heart that what I thought was a "royal" residential flat has nothing to do with royalty. There are 3 lifts at Royal Place- 1 goods lifts and 2 for tenants. One of the tenants lifts has not been working for over a month now and the other has not been working for almost a week now- wherein prior to this, it has only been working for some days and not functioning at all on other days. One can argue that City Property is not providing a service which it was supposed to provide and hence is in breach of contract with all its tenants in the building. You are quick to demand payments from tenants but when it comes to ensuring that the building is maintained you take your time. Please fix the lifts at Royal place ASAP as this is causing huge inconveniences for us tenants.
