Clara Liebenberg refuses to react to complaints, ignored my complaint of filthy carpets, (I cleaned it professionally after two months), she took 5 months to change a front door lock, switched electricity off after I made arrangements. I refuse to pay for that day. It took her 3 months to deduct the carpet cleaning from my bill. We are without electricity now for a week because I refuse to pay rent for September before Clara Liebenberg does not deduct the carpet cleaning and day without electricity and three days that Kevin Patto held my keys back after I paid and had to move in, from my account. Now she has to deduct the last week rent while we were without electricity. I want to pay my rent to another managing agency. NO MOR MAWER & DELPORT. Kevin Patto defaming our characters and shouted at me "to leave because nobody wants you here" early this morning. He has his crounies to abuse us all the time. His friend says my dad is senile, I am a and he will beat me son to a pulp. Clara Liebenberg is allowing this for 5 months. For 21 weekends I had to leave my place because of the noise the tenants below us are making. They swear and shout at the top of their voices.
