We moved into our new home on 1 Dec 2012, upon moving in, we discovered numerous issues, which the agent did not inform us of when asking, and when signing the OTP, we signed nothing saying what patent and latent defects there were with the property, and this should of been done in accordance to the Consumer Protective Act I have met other estate agents who do proper checks and make the buyer aware of issues.

We have now discovered a room leak, which has damaged the room and left quite a bit of water on the floor, after it rained.

We are now stuck with a faulty property, which after spending so much on transfer feels, deposits, etc, we now have to spend EVEN more money fixing problems with the house, thanks to bad service and laziness from the agent.

I will never use Chas Everitt again or recommend them to anyone.

I am so furious. Thanks for ruining our first home purchase, experience.
