I hereby retract my comments in paragraph 2, of my original complaint raised on Monday 6th January 2014, on this site. I apologise to Chas Everitt, the entire industry and Ms Massey-Hicks for the defamatory remarks made, which I realise do not extend beyond this specific Agent.
However I do believe that Chas Everitt RPR are in breach of contract, as they were entitled to forward a copy of the competing contract to me, and effectively give me 72hours to waive the suspensive condition, which they did not do!
