Chas Everitt International Property
House re-sold prior to expiry dates on OTP

I signed an Offer To Purchase with Chas Everitt, Randpark Ridge, on 22nd November 2013, for a property which I really wanted to purchase. I was in the process of attaining an acceptable bond, which as per the contract, I was given a time line of 35 days to achieve. ABSA was the first bank to grant me a 95% bond on 13 December 2013. Unbeknown to me, Lyn Massey-Hicks continued marketing the property and received another offer on the 5 December 2013, which the seller accepted. At no stage was I informed of this, and was shocked to discover this on the 27th December 2013.

I find this behavior, not only unethical, but disgustingly dishonest as well! I would like the public to know that they are unashamedly ruining their reputation, in Randpark Ridge, and trust this will affect their future business negatively! Please be aware of unethical sales people in the property market, obviously a contract does not mean a thing to them, only when it suits them!! Lyn Massey-Hicks was absolutely cold hearted in her decision and thus will be tarnishing with the same brush that the entire propoerty industry carries, and that is basically a bunch of liars,!! Remember Karma is a!!
