Nelspruit bad service

I rented a home from Nelspruit Chas Everitt for a year. Deposit paid in advance and then the problems started . leaky roof, electric gate constantly not working, cupboards falling off and pool pump problems. Explanation was that no contractors would work for the owner of the house as he does not pay his accounts. Electricity switched off due to non payment to the council left us with no power for a few days and we had to go and sort this out at the Mbombela council as Roelene Els was to busy. She said just to take it off the months rent. We moved out almost two months ago after buying our own property and we waited almost a month for our deposit refund. Of the R 10 000 deposit we paid we only received back around R 6000 from Chas Everitt Nelspruit. No expalaination from Roelene! The inspection of the property was done without myself, the tenant being present to confirm any damage we may have caused to the property, nor where we informed about the R 4000 deduction or the (interest bearing) deposit and neither did we receive any statement to this effect. I dont want any money from them, just to warn people. Other posts on this website will confirm my feelings!
