We moved into a property we rented from Boschenmeer Chas Everitt, the agent did not do inspection as we moved in, only - 3weeks later. She did not show us the inspection list or discuss it with us or made us sign it and never sent us a copy. We moved out beginning of January, again agent not there to do inspection, she sends me an sms to tell me I must contact the new tenant to give him the key. 3 days after the new tenant moved in she did her inspection, again without us. Then sending me a list so long and ridiculous, accusing us of things that were that way as we moved in. Now she is fixing everything with my deposit. She even wanted me to pay for a cleaning service to clean the house AFTER the new tenant moved in.
They are in breach of the rental housing act but they just ignore that.
