Tuesday evening we went for a viewing: 1 bedroom town house villa in Kuils River. When we got there, no agent was present we just had to direct our questions to the the tenant that was currently occupying the villa. We initially wanted the application form that night of the viewing. So we mailed them immediately via gumtree after the viewing that night. The next day we had to call them again, as to when we'll recieve the application? So Adelle said the email went to someone else.( time wasted) We eventually got the application and we resent it back. Later that day around 5pm I mail and ask if its been approved? I got no response. So I decided to call them that morning around 11am. So I asked her, was the application approved? To my suprise she didnt even know who we were. Which made me wonder did she submit it? Then around 2 she mails my fiance, and tells her the villa has been taken, and they've got a flat available for us.
