We are in the process of buying a property from Rawson, we have promptly given all the documentation and everything that they require in order to make this happen. The property we bought has tenants and we were told that their lease would expire the 31st of October. We arranged another viewing, either the 7th or 14th of September to see the place after the recent heavy rains and after contacting the agent I was in formed that the tenants would be moving out much sooner than initially stated. We were told that we would be informed of the exact and time of when this was going to happen. after that viewing, we have not heard a single word from them again. I have called numerous times and left many voice mails to no avail.
I would just like to know what is going on. and I am still waiting for someone to let me know...
