A few weeks ago i inquired about a property advertised by Lencar properties, I loved it so much that I wanted it. I called the agency and got a consulted who confirmed its availability and things went as far as me filling in application forms with the necessary documentation. All got approved and I requested that I pls get a viewing as the only pics available at the time where online. Lo and behold after a week I get told the tenant is not replying to calls and sms's - at this point im the one doing the follow up. Finally today after speaking to someone superior, after chasing her as well, I'm told unfortunately the tenant has decided the renew the lease. So..where does that leave me? Yes..u guessed it: HOMELESS!!! I'm unimpressed and. I sure will spread the word about this one!
