In January 2013 I sent an application to lease in Fleurhof, Mainreef RD. and have not received any form of feedback what so ever, It is now mid August so i took it upon myself to enquire further.
I constantly call to enquire and still never receive any assistance or i basically get the run around.
Its so unfortunate that one has to through this extent to get a response, personally I would have rather sent a letter of complaint directly to the JHI RES. customer care but couldn't seem to find any contact info besides the one on the application form which I have failed to get any feedback. Its so refreshing when one hears of these programs implemented to help and assit the average working class or simply people who just can't afford to have a proper home for their families, but the sad part about it is that it appears that we are being assisted but in reality we not, seems as if one have to go through back route measures to actually get a response of some sort.
Please polish-up your service provided;Means of people obtaining feedback whether its been approved or not, one should'nt have to wait so long for feedback.
Have more info ready if one needs to enquire.
