I lodged a complaint with DSTV / Multichoice soome time ago regarding their poor composition used in the on-screen programme info on DSTV.
The auto response said that they will get back to me. Some time later, I had to mail them again to enquire regarding their feedback. Then they sent me a total non-related reply. I enquired about the sam matter again, and as yet, have still not received any proper feedback in this regard.
