Four weeks ago I contacted FNB and applied for one of their "Smartphone" deals. After not receiving any feedback after two and a half weeks, I learnt that the application had been approved and was being processed. I waited as indicated to me telephonically for feedback within the following week, but nothing happened. Then on 16/04/2013 I again contacted FNB in order to find out what the problem was. At first the call centre employee did not want to give me any feedback, until I insisted to speak to a floor manager, who politely explained that they were experiencing problems with supply. It was then mentioned that I would receive feedback with regards to the process before Fri 19/04/2013. I did not receive any feedback before Fri as indicated an once again phoned to enquire on the status. I had to learn from the call centre who had phoned the courier company whilst I was holding on the line, that the courier company had no record of my order on their systems??? (4 Weeks Later) The call centre employee then continued stating that stock was still not available. How long do we have to wait for feedback/delivery or any kind of response? This service is shocking, Is this BEEP Bank!?
