Very very disappointed _NO feedback_NOTHING!!!

I enquired about the X1 with BMW Melrose arch in Feb 2013. I saw this car on the internet and went the following day to enquire about it and submitted all the necessary documents for finance. Ever since that day the guy i was dealing with never bothered to tell me if i got approved or not, everytime i call him, he does not give me a straight answer instead he cuts me short and promise to call back and never ds, its April now and still no feedback at all. I visited the branch again sometime in March to find out whats happening, guess what?!? still nothing concrete from Lesley, instead he told me that the finance lady doesnt want to get me the deal!!! He then adviced me to go to the bank and apply for finance personally, i did the online application and got approved but unfortunately the bank referred me back to the dealer to finalise the deal. I contacted Lesley Modisane again and he still told me he will check with the finance lady and come back to me, its been months now still not getting any feedback from BMW.All I expected was a proper feedback and not waste my airtime calling and get to about getting back to me with feedback! How can any1 wait for a deal from FEB til Apr? Disappoin
