I enquire about medical aid benefits. Discovery Health was very fast to phone me for my details etc. they will submit the application. then I receive an e-mail requesting more info, I send it through and that is where the service stops. I send a few e-mails to Jo-Ann to enquire if she received the info etc, but no reply. now, 3 weeks later, still no response from them. Bad service delivery
