Lack of service delivery, bad attitude

Renting under Realty Emporium has been a total nightmare. I signed a contract which was sent to me via email, 7 months to date Sharan Ramparsard (the rental agent) never signed her part and emailed me back the contract. The day i moved into the apartment, no pre-inspection was done, she was in such a rush, that i could not even ask anything, the place was not re-painted, the walls were so dirty, the shower was mouldy&silicone peeling off, two unplugged exposed electric socket. when i raised this to her, she said she will have to bring people over to paint. 7 months later damages not fixed, for most times, Sharan would not answer my calls, no reply to any of my messages, till i told her im taking it further. Thereafter, her attitude was so hostile evident by sending blank emails with just statement attachments. Ive since decided, my money is better off else where, in my experience the woman knows no compassion when dealing with people. Most agents complain about tenants not paying, i abided to my contractual obligations and in return got horrible service. Maybe to Sharan, one person doesnt make a difference, but you have already lost in the long run by how you poorly you treat people
