I bought a property in may which is managed by this jowen property management day after that my attorney send an email to request figures... just figures to pay and get clearance certificates and proceed wit my transfer... u wont believe I have been here more than 6times and I have not got them yet..today is 22july and still im here..i am disguted wit the fact that I have already started paying to keep the account at R0.00 balance..now I really dont know what to do... out of all the body.corporates this is for me by far the worst after RAK..
