I have left my unit at Edenview, due to house breaking that happened at my place..5 times break in, but there is security, and locked the unit.. The unit was not in erears but then. I recently visited the place, and all locks were changed, and informed that there has been people staying at my unit for several years without me knowing. Jowen Property management is renting my apartment, with the intention of recovering the costs for levies, which I am not even informed of.. while they have my contacts. To this day, now that I want to return to the unit... I am informed that I may not move into my property till I settle all the outstanding. I have never heard of such a thing in life, and the fact that they just do anything with my property without consultation what so ever..
Its has been a mission to get them to deal with me, and sometimes the staff are very rude to us, as if we somehow renting, and forgetting we have title deeds for the properties.
I am still, till this day waiting for Judith to call me... regarding this matter...
