I am an attorney who requested cancellation figures title deed on a bond around Feb/Mar. I am STILL waiting. There has been countless emails between ABSA's panel attorney, myself and the bank, but I don't understand what the problem is and no resolution. ABSA is delaying the transfer of the property as no guarantees can be requested without cancellation figures. Urgent please.
