I have a whole list of complaints but the specific one that has pushed me to this point is the fact that Jowen Property is taking people for a ride. A payment was made to Jowen Property as per Statement and Invoice which states that the funds need to be BANKED on the 7th, which it was, but it only reflected the following day, and when we received the next statement we were fined and charged interest and the NEW terms stated that it had to REFLECT in the account on the 7th. We complained about this and it was said that the problem would be discussed with the trustees in the complex (which it never got to) and now they are charging us interest for this amount. The service is of the worst that i have ever seen in my life as no one responded to an urgent letter with regards to this matter. The fact is that they are fining us and charging us interest on the fine on the new terms which was changed over night without noticed. I would like them to remove the fine and the interest charged on this fine because we followed terms specified in black and white. As mentioned there is a whole list of complaints which could fill a book which will be discussed at the appropriate time.
