Good day, I bought a house early 2012 thru the Agent James from the company Rawson Properties for R290000 the house is rotten from the kitchen to the bathroom (leaking kitchen Zink, leaking toilet, stinking bathroom with leaking basin and faulty bath and faulty geyser). I have tried speaking to some one who might help and they are ignoring my please while I am busy paying for the bond and also been unable to enjoy the stay. I only realized later because I didn't stay there until recently. I need them to help me to solve this issue because I am struggling. the house is in Soshanguve xx no 1232 code 0152. Thank you
