Unfortunately, this is the only way to get to management. Rawson properties is managing the rent of my property in Secunda. Paying a substantial fee. Have to call at the beginning of every month to ask when the rent will be paid. My insurance has asked for a fire extinguisher to be kept under the lapa. I have asked the rental agent to please help and get it to the house in May 2013. It was dropped off at the Secunda offices in May 2013, and I have repeatedly asked to have it delivered to my property.
Broken promises. If the house burns down my insurance means nothing.
If the rental contract says they cant do it pls let me know. I will drive 600km to do it myself.
Hopefully rent will be paid by next week. Just asking for help!!!
I need not talk about the attitude. Rawson properties has a good name in Durban, don't let it deteriorate because of the Secunda office.
