My parents have recently bought a house through Sunay Bothma from Rawson Properties.
The owner of the property promised us that he would fix the back stoop before the new owner would move in,
my parents are paying occupational rent and when they moved in on the 1st of July, it was not done.
I have approached Sunay about it and she said that it's not in the contract but a verbal agreement is just
as good as a written one.
She had contact with the owner (Seller) on the 2nd of July 2013 for the meter number but she didn't give us
any feedback on the stoop.
Before this she didn't complete her work, and my parents had to stress about arrangements to move in, but
luckily our attorney has sorted that matter out.
We would never recommend anyone to Rawson properties.
