Rawson Brackenfell = Dishonest

We recently sold our house through Rawson property in Brackenfell.
In the beginning it was all energy and we will sell your house.
When we busy signing the contract with Rawson we were told not to complete the commision section because they will adjust it to how quickly the house sells. Our house sold after the second show, within a month. When it came to signing the sale documents we were told that the their boss won't sign off at a lower percentage and we got less then our asking price. The people we are and with our future prospects ahead we signed against our will. After we signed, we had to do all the others documentation ourselves, eg. permission from building society, etc. All of these that Rawson promised to do. The lawyers called us and asked us for the documents. The only time we are contacted is if the buyer needs something.
They like to advertise that they are the best in the country, but they have a long way to go and alot to improve on.

I am writing this complaint to warn people out there not to use Rawson.
They are unethical and dishonest.

I will never use Rawson Properties again and will tell all not to.
