My mom have been a customer o f Rawson for more than a year (home owner) letting her house out to tennants that Rawson aprove of yet on both occasions it was due to Rawson who do not negotiate properly and keep to their service promise that both tentants were evicted due to non/slow payment of water and utility bill. Now my mom is moving back into her own house and hear's nothing from the agent even after leaving messages and missed clalls on Adelaide'S mobile phone. Because she does not answer my moms phonecalls. The house was left in a fulthy state, yet another pomise Rawson mafe was ro do regular inspection... but thos was not done. The agent came to inspect he house on the last day of Nov and claimec that the house wasspotless. Well if that was spotless then i dont know. Their was paint mark on the skiring, floor tiles, door frames and light switch. Their was ruble in the kithchencupboard and th grass was long! I had to report the grass to Rawson several times when i saw this, bevause this is not the way we wanted th place maintained. We had to action any complaint recieved immediately, but today we batt.e to get money due to my mom from them, or just feedback! Very dissapoin
