Uvest Letting
Partial deposit, unsubstantiated complaints more

I have numerous complaints regarding Uvest, in particularly the Tyger Waterfront branch and the following employess; Chantel Brink (Rental Portfolio Manger), David Brits (Branch Manager) and Francois Bester (Inspector). A summary of the link includes; a complaint about a dog which initially was allowed on Uvest side and then a few months later not allowed anymore; when my mother then wanted to move out the reference letter given by Chantel Brink was untrue and unprofessional inhibiting my mother from getting the new property and finally the deposit. Only a partial amount of the deposit, just over half, was paid back as the rest was needed to double coat 4 of the walls on my mother's expense.
As stated in the document, this is based on my opinion and not meant to bad mouth Uvest but bring to light the codes and conducts that they use, should any person be wanting to go into busines with them.
